Leah Stockstrom

FOUNDER + PRINCIPAL

Leah began her real estate development career in the San Francisco Bay Area – first working on feasibility studies and return on investment reports while at BAE Urban Economics, followed by three years of real estate development work at the Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation (TNDC) in San Francisco, California. At TNDC, Leah helped develop over 463 units of affordable housing for projects with total development costs ranging between $30 and $100 million. She moved back to her home state of Minnesota in 2018 and continued her work in affordable housing development at CommonBond Communities where she helped to develop another 342 units of affordable housing in rural, suburban, and urban communities in Minnesota. Leah holds a Master of City and Regional Planning from UC Berkeley with a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate.

Leah enjoys working on the challenges that each real estate transaction brings and is a problem-solver who goes above and beyond for her clients.
