Aster Commons

Located in Richfield, MN, Aster Commons is a 38 unit new construction project by developer Beacon Interfaith Housing Collaborative. The project is unique in that it is primarily targeted towards neurodiverse youth. Project amenities include a community room, outdoor patio, sensory rooms, service provider treatment rooms, and on-site management and services offices and meeting rooms. Joy Dev Co provided financing application assistance to Beacon and helped secure nearly $7M in capital to date.
