Formerly known as 4200 Geary, TNDC is developing a seven-story, 98 unit affordable housing project for seniors in the Inner Richmond in San Francisco. The project will serve seniors with low incomes between 15% and 50% AMI, including units set aside for veterans. Amenities include a roof deck, landscaped courtyard, community room, and on-site property management and services offices. The ground floor will contain community serving commercial space and the building exterior includes a prominent public art mural. The building is also seeking a Platinum GreenPoint rating. Joy Dev Co joined the project management team near the end of construction and is assisting TNDC staff with project management tasks, construction close-out, and conversion.
