Clear Sky

Located in Elk River, MN less than one mile from the Northstar Transit station, this new construction project by developer Trellis Co. is 52 units of affordable housing for families. The project includes one to four bedroom units ranging from 30% to 60% AMI. Common area amenities include a club room, fitness room, community room,  and playground. Joy Dev Co provided project management from MHFA awards through financial closing, leading the design development and financial due diligence processes, in concert with Trellis Co. staff.
