Gladstone Crossing

Gladstone Crossing is located in Maplewood, MN and is a 40 unit new construction, family supportive housing project being developed by Beacon Interfaith Housing Collaborative. The project will provide 20 deeply affordable rental assistance units at 30% AMI and 20 units at 50% AMI. Project amenities include an on-site playground, outdoor amenity space, large community room, infant room, fitness room, and on-site management and services offices and meeting rooms. The project will serve low-income families with a priority and focus on young families (parents aged 18-24 with children). Joy Dev Co provided financing application assistance to Beacon and helped secure nearly $22M in capital.
