34th & San Pablo

EBALDC’s 34th & San Pablo project is located in West Oakland adjacent to the California Hotel. The project will provide 60 new affordable homes, with half of the units set aside for permanent supportive housing for homeless families and individuals and the remainder affordable for households up to 60% AMI. The six-story, Type 1B building will include a ground floor community-serving commercial space, a bike room, community room, an outdoor landscaped courtyard, on-site management and services offices, and a resident computer lab. Joy Dev Co assisted EBALDC with project management from schematic design through early design development, and helped EBALDC staff with financing applications to secure $7M in capital financing.
